Ironically I write this after going out for a meal fat nasi goreng from a street vendor, being caught in a downpour and having to take a taxi home 200 meters, then toweling off and sat at my laptop still wet from the rain.

Despite moments like this, however, I tried my best. I bought a mixer and have actually been used to make juices and smoothies, I started to take a little healthy picnic for work and I go to the gym a week a few times. But I'm still regularly on the move, busy with work and face the challenges of trying to take care of my health under the pressure of life in a tough city.

But I found a great "superhero workout" to do at home, doing squats and lunges whenever the opportunity arises and I'm prepared my own food whenever possible.
